Quanbo Xiong is an R&D scientist at Corteva Agriscience. For nearly two decades, he has volunteered on the ICCCI Board, contributing his time and expertise to the organization. Currently serving as ICCCI President, he has worked across his three terms to make ICCCI a more welcoming, united, and vibrant community and to promote Chinese culture.

Felicia Li is a Category Sourcing Manager at Delta Faucet Company, where she leads sourcing and supplier management initiatives. In addition to her professional role, she serves as Vice President of the Indianapolis Chinese Community Center, Inc. (ICCCI), which she has actively supported for more than four years. In this role, she oversees external partnerships and community engagement efforts and plays a key role in planning and coordinating the annual ICCCI Chinese New Year Gala.

Eugene Zhen currently serves as ICCCI's Activity Director. He has been an active member of ICCCI for more than 20 years, previously serving as President in 2015, Principal of the ICCCI Chinese School, and Captain of the ICCCI Dragon Team. He has also organized and supported numerous community and cultural events and remains committed to strengthening the ICCCI community and promoting Chinese culture and education.

Professionally, Eugene is a Senior Director at Eli Lilly and Company, where he has built a career in the pharmaceutical industry and contributed to the development of innovative medicines that improve patient health and outcomes.

Jonathan Wang is an experienced management professional. He has a broad enthusiasm for the arts and athletics. As a Board Member and Deputy Director of the Events Department at ICCCI, he has long been dedicated to community engagement, consistently contributing his efforts to promoting Chinese culture and fostering community harmony. He has notably served as the director for the performance of The ICCCI Lunar New Year Gala.

Janna McCardel serves as Principal of the ICCCI Chinese School and as a Director on the ICCCI Board. Professionally, she is a Senior Rates and Regulatory Strategy Analyst at Duke Energy, bringing extensive experience in strategic analysis, regulatory affairs, organizational leadership, and community engagement. Before moving to the United States, Janna held director-level leadership positions within a national organization in China, where she led a wide range of programs, organizational reforms, business development initiatives and acquisitions, international exhibitions, and executive communications.

With more than a decade of teaching experience, Janna has taught Chinese from preschool through high school, including IB Chinese, while supporting curriculum development, teacher collaboration, and student growth. She also serves as Treasurer of the Indiana Chinese Teachers Association. Passionate about education, cultural heritage, and community service, Janna organizes and participates in cultural events that bring together people and organizations from diverse backgrounds. She is committed to promoting Chinese language and culture, strengthening mutual understanding and respect, and using education and cultural exchange to build unity.

Committed to fostering cultural exchange and community engagement, Wenyan Cheng previously served as Security Director for the ICCCI Chinese School from 2011 to 2013. Currently serving as ICCCI's Treasurer, Wenyan oversees financial transactions, promotes fiscal transparency, and supports the organization's long-term sustainability while advancing its mission in education, cultural preservation, and multicultural collaboration.

Ally has been serving as a dedicated teacher at the ICCCI Chinese School for over 10 years, teaching Chinese and ELA writing. She also takes the lead in exploring and selecting textbooks, ensuring they align with her educational objectives. Beyond her classroom responsibilities, she plays a role in mentoring new teachers, helping them become familiar with textbooks, school policies, and effective classroom management techniques.

Ally serves as the Education Advisor for ICCCI Chinese School, working closely with the Principal and Education and After School Program Directors.

Ally served as a Board Director for four years, working in the capacity of the Secretary. She loves serving the local Chinese community as much as she loves teaching and being of assistance to other teachers.

Yun Yang serves as Director of Media and Communication on the ICCCI Board, where she leads the organization's publicity, media outreach, and digital presence, including the current redesign of the ICCCI website. Professionally, Yun is a Senior Program Manager at Cummins Inc., bringing experience in program leadership, planning, and cross-functional coordination to her work with the community. Yun is passionate about sharing Chinese culture with the broader Indianapolis community and keeping ICCCI families connected and informed.

Yuhui Zha serves as External Relations Director for ICCCI, leading the organization's public outreach, media communications and community partnerships to elevate Chinese cultural awareness across central Indiana. Yuhui is deeply passionate about strengthening connections between ICCCI and local civic organizations, corporate sponsors, and educational institutions.

Professionally, Yuhui brings more than 20 years of industry experience as a program leader, specializing in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team coordination. That background has equipped her to support cultural milestones including ICCCI's contributions to the Indy 500 Parade, Indiana culture festivals and galas, APAPA (Asian Pacific American Public Affairs) and UCA (United Chinese Americans).

Yuhui holds a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago and works at Cummins, Inc. Outside of her advocacy for community growth, she enjoys volunteering, playing pickleball and Chinese painting.

Youyan Zhang was one of the first team leaders of the Indianapolis Chinese Community Center, Inc. (ICCCI) Dragon Team and participated in the Indy 500 Festival Parade for the first time in 2004. He joined the ICCCI Board of Directors in 2005, served as ICCCI President from 2008 to 2009, and as Past President from 2009 to 2010. He later served as Co-President from 2023 to 2024 and has continued to support the organization as an advisor since 2024.

With a deep commitment to serving the Chinese community, Youyan believes that cultural diversity enriches our society and makes our country stronger. Throughout the years, he has actively participated in community events and cultural celebrations as a dedicated member of the ICCCI Dragon Team. He has also helped train and mentor many new Dragon Team members, contributing to the preservation of Chinese cultural traditions and their continued presence in the Indianapolis community.
