ICCCI Chinese School Tuition Refund and Class Change Policy

Class drop policy

• Before the semester starts: full tuition refund, minus a $20 processing fee per class.
• Weeks 1–3 of the semester:
  • Standard classes (with textbooks): tuition refund, minus a $20 processing fee and a $50 non-refundable book fee (textbooks cannot be returned).
  • After-school program: tuition refund, minus a $20 processing fee.
• After week 3: no refunds will be issued for any class.

Class change policy

• Weeks 1–3 of the semester: a $20 processing fee applies for any class change, plus a $50 book fee if the new class requires textbooks.
• After week 3: a $100 late change fee applies to all class changes.

To request a refund or a class change, please use the tuition refund request form. Requests must be submitted in writing; verbal notice to a teacher or administrator cannot be accepted.
